Thank you for your kindness with Sheila & Mike's (Blair) difficulty in getting a mortgage right now. I went by there & Sheila was upset about not being able to get the documentation you need today. They are new to this issue as they have never had a problem buying any other house or thing they ever wanted on a personal basis when they wanted it. Not that they have tons of money but were fortunate in their personal dealings in the past. It has really shaken them up. Sheila so much that she couldn't text you on her phone, so she used mine (easier to text on). Dear Carl,

I’m writing to you today to thank you for your knowledge and quick action on the sale of my mother’s house.  It was hard for me to walk away from the memories and to sell the house where those memories were created.  When I found myself in charge of disposing of my mom’s assets and distributing the proceeds to my brothers and sister, I really didn’t know where to start.  All of them had memories too and hated to see the house sold but some of us also had needs that would be helped by selling the house quickly.  I have to tell you that it was quite a burden to have to work through it all.  Every day, I asked myself what I needed to do to sell the house and get this over with.  I know you already know and understand all this but I just had to share it with you.
